The Leadership and Management qualification suited my current role and provides a great basis for further learning such as an MBA. The combination of my apprenticeship, the associated qualification, and my management experience means I now qualify to become a CMI Chartered Manager too.
The course taught me the models underpinning my existing knowledge, and required me to put them together and into practice. It taught me to trust and value my knowledge! It is a lot of work studying alongside work, but it is training in which the University is supporting you to further yourself. So go for it!
